Avocado Mint Superfood Sorbet

  • 1 cup Low Fat Canned Coconut Milk
  • 3/4 cup Mashed Avocado
  • 6 medium Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Honey
  • 1 pinch Himalayan Pink Salt


  • Blend all ingredients in a mini food processor or blender. Pour into freezer safe container and let freeze up to 6 hours or overnight. Let sit out 10 minutes before serving.
